We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock, If you’ve placed an order and was contacted from us, we’re sorry about that. This will usually be because the stock wasn’t in the warehouse. You will offer your refund or change the items. If you would like to refund you will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. The refund may take up to 7 days
- Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity

All Intellectual property rights over the website and content, including, images, graphics, illustrations, logo, content, videos, texts, software, trademarks, copyrights, are the property of WOOL and WACAY. Users agree to respect the Intellectual property rights owned by WOOL and WACAY. Do not sell, copy, modify, reproduce, public communication and edit including creating derivative works or use of the WOOL and WACAY content from any materials or content on the service of the website available for commercial purposes or any purpose is strictly prohibited. FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
We will be charged for your order in US Dollar. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company.
Please note, that international customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.
Please note these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict these charges since customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes, and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
PRICE
Prices displayed on the Website apply to online purchases only. All prices listed on this website are in Thai Baht and US Dollar.
Prices are inclusive of VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. Prices are subject to change without notice.
These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on each country of each parcel and will be shown during the checkout process.
ORDER
Please ensure to check the Terms & Conditions and all details are correct prior to purchasing. Once the order already being processed, we cannot make changes, edit your billing and shipping details or cancel your order.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of its recipient.
We cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
All deliveries must be signed. We will not be responsible for any extra re-delivery fee.
PROCESSING
Once you completing shopping with WOOL and WACAY and your order has been placed, You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us at [email protected]
Please note, the process will allow 1-3 business day for your order (excluding public holidays), Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day, in addition to delivery time.
