PROCESSING
Once you complete shopping with WOOL and WACAY and your order has been placed, You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us at [email protected]
Please ensure to check the Terms & Conditions and that all details are correct prior to purchasing. Once the order is already being processed, we cannot make changes, edit your billing and shipping details or cancel your order.
Please note: The process will allow 1-3 business days and 20 business days of pre-orders for your order (excluding public holidays), Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day, in addition to delivery time.
Track Order: Once your order has shipped, You will receive a complete email and tracking number, or you can track it through your order account. For more information please contact us at [email protected]
Messenger Service (for addresses in Bangkok and nearby areas only).
Messenger charges upon delivery route. We offer Messenger Service during office hours only and order will be sent out in 2-3 hours after purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales.
However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside of our control. For example, travel or transportation disruption makes import delays or higher than anticipated demand.
SHIPPING FEE
THAILAND:
- Free shipping on orders over 3,000฿.
- For order value under 3,000฿ will be charged shipping of 60฿.
INTERNATIONAL:
Shipping fees are as follows based on Zone regions.
Please note:
1. The international customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees, and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict these charges since customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes, and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
2. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
